On Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) Executive Committee and Governing Council members met with the Acting Executive Secretary and top officials of the Lands Commission. The meeting aimed to strengthen collaboration and discuss key issues of mutual interest.
The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of the shared commitment to promoting sustainable land use and good governance in Ghana's land sector.
GhIS President, Surv. Kofi Obeng-Ayirebi emphasized the importance of protecting the profession while Acting Executive Secretary, Surv. Prof. Anthony Owusu-Ansah highlighted ongoing collaboration and capacity-building initiatives.
Both parties expressed optimism about the future of their partnership and its potential to drive positive change in Ghana's land sector.
